腎臟(zang)巨噬細胞(bao)是一(yi)群長期定居于(yu)腎臟(zang)內部的組織固(gu)有巨噬細(xi)胞，對維持(chi)腎臟(zang)功能穩態，抗感染和(he)組織修復(fu)起到重要的作(zuo)用。不(bu)同(tong)來源和(he)定位(wei)不(bu)同(tong)解剖(pou)結構的巨噬細(xi)胞，因為來源和(he)位(wei)居的不(bu)同(tong)，巨噬細(xi)胞的生理和(he)病(bing)理功能也不(bu)相(xiang)同(tong)。

1. To evaluate the bead retention in the absence of macrophages, mice were injected i.v. with 10 ul/g liposome-clodronate（Liposoma,CP-005-005） once a day for two days prior to experiment.

2. To evaluate the effect of macrophage deficiency on the development of intratubular sediment deposits, mice were injected i.v. with 10 ul/g liposome clodronate（Liposoma,CP-005-005） every 7 days for 3 months. Mice treated with liposome-PBS were used as controls.
