特(te)異性(xing): This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies  directed

against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and

irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice^1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study

the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology³.

制備 : 抗體是雜交瘤(liu)細胞(bao)上清通過(guo)G-Sepharose純化(hua)所得，內毒素(su)含量(liang)小于 0.0025 EU/µg

保存和(he)運輸(shu)：4度保存(cun)和運輸(shu)，保質(zhi)期(qi)為6個月 ，無菌保存(cun)不(bu)含防腐劑，分裝保存(cun)-20度至少可以保存(cun)一年(nian)以上(shang)，但請(qing)避免(mian)反復凍融

使(shi)用方法: 按動物體重注射抗體，用 量為2 µg抗體/g動物體重，可以參見上圖。如果4 µg抗體/g動物體重，可以持續(xu)更長時間。注射后60分鐘內可以去除血小板95%以上，建議每次注射100-200µL抗體（用無菌PBS稀釋）。詳情聯系靶點科技技術支持。可以聯合清除巨噬細胞（LIPOSOMA，CP-005-005）和中性粒細胞，咨詢綜合解決方案。
